2000

In 2000 there was neither product or equipment, but only a very strong idea to create healthy food and actively promote healthy eating. The powerful idea to create an ideal product helped to develop our own equipment for crispbread production.

2001

In 2001 the initial equipment was used to get started. It was used to produce wholegrain crispbread. The equipment was absolute know-how of the company Molodetc and had no analogues in the world.

In 2001 the company was oficially registerd and the first production site was opened.

Product line Traditional was created based on the unique whole-grain technology preserving the grain use.

2004

In 2004 first export contract was signed. After that the company Molodetc began to export its products to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine.

2005

In 2005 cooperation with the Federal retail network X5 began. After that, we signed contracts with all major Russian Federal retail networks. We conquered CFD and SFD.

In 2005 the second production site was opened.

2006

In 2006 new contracts were signed with large distributors in NWFD and VFD.

2007

In 2007 product line Fitness line was created based on the whole-grain technology.

2008

In 2008 product line waffle crispbread Light was created.

2009

In 2009 the company produced crispbread package with the number 100 million.

2011

In 2011 product line waffle crispbread Picante was created.

The company was certified for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001.

2012

In 2012 we received the environmental certificate.

In 2012 we produced crispbread package with the number 200 million.

2013

In 2013 we searched for a new unique production technology of crispbread. The new technology was developed- thin whole grain bread and the product line Borodinskie crispbread was created.

Contract with retail network 7th Continent was signed.

2015

In 2015 a new product was created and got the name Lepeshka. We searched for the technology able to produce crispbread with more vivid taste. We managed to create a product with a good taste and natural ingredients.

Nowadays our company is present in all Russian districts. The company also works for export. We are constantly developing new technologies and therefore we are the expert in the crispbread production. And all the fun is just ahead!

When normal bread is produced flour is used, made from processed grains. The finished product loses some useful properties: in the process of grain cleaning its bran and germ, which contain many useful substances, are destroyed. Therefore the result contains a poor nutritional value, but a high-calorie substance, which is endosperm.
In a short period of heat treatment, which lasts for a fraction of a second, nutrients of grains are preserved to the maximum extent!
Whole grain products will be useful for those who dream of a slim figure. They put to sleep the feeling of hunger for a long time.

Whole wheat technology is used to produce Borodinskie. But there are some differences. The first — additional forming belt, which makes crispbread thin and crispy. Second — the following ingredients are added to the recipe: rye malt, ferment malt and coriander.
